Returns and Exchanges Policy

At RMZ Home, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Our returns and exchanges policy is outlined below.

Return and Exchange Period

• Purchases may be returned within 3 days of the purchase date.
• Products may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

• In their original condition at the time of purchase.
• Unused and not installed.
• Accompanied by the original invoice.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they:

• Have already been installed.
• Have been cut or custom-made to order, such as fittings or items made to specific measurements.

Important Notes

• Invoices, whether in whole or in part, cannot be amended or cancelled after delivery and installation.
• If an exchange is requested before installation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
